Apparently, WordPress blog-items can be edited by frauds. I noticed this because Hyves is linking to this blog and showing my feeds on my profile-page. For some reason –most probably a security issue– other people than I initially intended can alter my blog items and filling it with spam-like junk. When viewing my blog everything seems OK but when looking at Hyves, the blog-item shows a use block of spam related stuff.

And to make it very sure: I have no ‘anal orientation’ and do not sell ‘latex masks moving lips’ nor do I have ‘animal gay pics’ anywhere…

Back to the problem: When looking at the html-code of the item in question it shows some block of code with a ‘hidden font’ setting which I did not put there:

When browsing for reasons it appears I’m not the only one: this blog feed reported the same problem already November 7th last year. And indeed, I’ll have to schedule a rigorous update shortly….not exactly a hobby of me (but highly necessary so it seems).
